Outsource Learning Experts (OLE) Inc. is a global provider of custom learning solutions. We were formally founded in 2021, but our experts have worked with our corporate client base for more than 10 years.

Our mission is to seamlessly partner with our clients who require outsourcing to develop and manage the learning in their organizations. This may take many forms: from organizations with little to no formal learning function, to organizations with more a developed learning program that require extra help to accomplish tasks.

Learning Needs are Met, Every Time

Initial Consultation

We partner with you and your business to better understand your learning need(s). Not every need requires a formal training solution. When we better understand your learning requirements, we can offer solutions tailored to your business.

Design Plan

Once we understand your business requirements, we will work with your SMEs and Stakeholders to draft a design plan to close the learning need. We use a rapid design plan methodology that quickly and effectively summarizes our proposed solution.

Development

Once we have your approval, we will move forward to the development phase. Our consultants are experts in the use of Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Review), Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite, as well as Microsoft’s Office tools. We utilize this expertise to create unique learning solutions that fit your needs. We build custom eLearning, in-class, or blended learning solutions. If you need it, we can also host and manage these learning solutions on a Learning Management System.

Evaluation

Evaluation of learning is the single most overlooked phase of the learning design process. We have set ourselves apart by incorporating learning evaluation into every solution we develop to ensure that our program is the most effective it can possibly be.
